I used to just teach yoga—both the physical asana and the spiritual philosophy. But over time, I realized that yoga, even in its many forms, isn't always the singular answer. I’ve come to believe that we don't need a rigid daily practice; we need a movement practice that listens.
Some days, that means myofascial release and restorative poses are enough. Other days, we need the heat of sun salutations and mountain climbers, or the intensity of weight training capped off with a long Savasana.
Today, my teaching lives under a wider umbrella. It encompasses diverse movement and mindfulness designed to meet you exactly where you are. Drawing on decades of experience working with bodies and energy—and a healthy dose of intuition—I’m here to offer the specific support you need in the moment.
